What the contact tool does
The message tool on this site builds a plain-text message in your browser. It does not send the message to our servers. Your name, email and message stay on your device until you choose to email them to us yourself. We only receive what you send by email.
What we collect
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it and the contents of your message. We use these only to reply and to improve the site. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis and retention
We process emails on the basis of legitimate interests, which is answering the question you asked. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless we need it for a correction record.
